URGENT: How to recover deleted "Untitled" File from Final Cut Pro

Okay, this is very urgent and I am freaking out on the inside! Basically, because I am new to Final Cut Pro, I didn't know what the Untitled event was and I deleted it. I noticed that it had taken up over 100 GB of my storage space and the size kept increasing. Because I noticed there was no "Untitled" event in my Final Cut Pro and was dumb enough not to look it up, I deleted it thinking I was getting rid of some useless junk. Little did I know that all my videos are gone now and I cannot recover them because one VERY IMPORTANT (to me at least) video was deleted off my camcorder because it was taking up too much space.

SPECS:

Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-Inch, Early 2015)

2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5

8 GB Memory

CAMCORDER SPECS:

Sony HDR-CX360

Is there any way to recover this event and still keep the imported video?

Is there any way to recover the video from my camcorder/handycam???

Is ther

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 9.3.5
